Description
Aimed at all beginners. At ATF, gymnastics is a key part of our training program. We focus on building the ability to climb, jump, and lift your own body — essential skills for developing strength, coordination, and resilience. Through progressions in pull-ups, push-ups, and jumps, our goal is to help you move better and build lasting confidence through functional movement. Class will be focused on building foundations for CrossFit gymnastics skills such as: • Kip swings • Handstands • Pull ups • Toes to bar
