Aimed at all beginners. At ATF, gymnastics is a key part of our training program. We focus on building the ability to climb, jump, and lift your own body essential skills for developing strength, coordination, and resilience. Through progressions in pull-ups, push-ups, and jumps, our goal is to help you move better and build lasting confidence through functional movement. Class will be focused on building foundations for CrossFit gymnastics skills such as: Kip swings Handstands Pull ups Toes to bar
