Crayford started out as a family gym in November 2010 and is now one of the largest independent gyms in the UK. ​The gym is one of only two IFBB approved gyms in the UK, directed by IFBB Pro League Judge, Paul Knight. You'll find over 300 pieces of specialist equipment from Hammer Strength, Cybex, Nautilus Strength, Precore, Atlantis and Life Fitness - some of which can only be found exclusively at Crayford. The gym is complete with: heating, air-conditioning, showers, saunas, sun-beds, PT 1-1 training with extremely experienced and qualified instructors and much more.
