I am one of the leading Wellbeing Personal Trainers here at Medway, and have been training and coaching for over 11 years! I deliver 1-2-1 training and small group training on the Gym Floor. My experience has allowed me to train everyone from elite clientele to complete beginners, of all ages, from of 14-73, helping them to reach their personal and professional goals. Body fat loss, increasing muscle mass and nutritional guidance are all achievable. Using fully functional training, free weights, kettlebells and body weight exercises, you will go further than you imagined! I can also help with Pre & Post Natal exercise, Strength and Conditioning and Injury Rehabilitation.
