All personal training packs can be used as 30 or 60 minute sessions. Valid for 90 days after purchase. NEW: 1-hour Personal Training package Try out Nuffield Health Personal Training one hour at a time. A great way to see if personal training is for you, perfect your techniques, or to fit in an extra session around your regular workouts. 4 hours Perfect if you are just starting your personal training journey or can’t commit to regular sessions. 8 hours The best choice if you prefer two 60 minute sessions a week or if you're confident with personal training. 12 hours An excellent option if you're committed to a regular schedule and want the most value for your money. 1-2-1 training One-to-one personal training sessions are tailored to match your fitness level, goals and needs. Your trainer will keep you on track and guide you through workouts, whilst giving you feedback for continuous improvement. Partner training Partner training, also known as two-on-one personal training, involves teaming up with a friend to share training sessions. Training with a partner helps both of you stay accountable and boosts motivation, making workouts more enjoyable! Additionally, by sharing the cost of the sessions, you can each save 25% on our personal training packs. Please note that partner training packs are not available for purchase online. I deliver 1-2-1 Training as well as small group classes on the gym floor. Along with this, I also deliver MOD Pre Joining Fitness Assessments and Cystic Fibrosis Sessions for some of our younger members. My aim is to aid you in mobility and strength and push you with High Intensity Training. Using a more functional and varied system of training, I train my clients with the same methodology I follow.
